For a successful import we need your data in the correct format:

Export from your current system to Excel
Data preparation according to our import template
Data check and validation before import

If you don't know how to get the data out of your system, we can help you export it or find another solution.

What data can we import

The application can process most standard asset data. Here is an overview of what we can import:

Required data for import

Asset name
Inventory number
Location (building and room)

Optional data

Purchase price and date of classification
Category and type of property
Responsible person and state of the property

Control and processing

Before importing, we will check the data, correct any errors and ensure that everything goes smoothly. The import usually takes 1-2 working days.
