The Asset Manager application offers an integrated QR code printing solution that allows you to:
- Quickly and easily print QR codes directly from the app without the need for additional software
- Flexible printing options - print single labels or bulk quantities
- Automatic assignment of QR codes to assets recorded in the system
Customized printing from us
Due to the higher purchase price of a dedicated printer, we offer a label printing service for new assets or replacement of damaged labels:
- Price: 0,8 CZK (VAT excluded) per label
- Delivery: by parcel post (the price for delivery is charged according to the tariff)
- Mark: In the app, mark damaged labels with the 'QR code not printed' button
For newly created assets, the label is automatically set to not be printed and will be included in the next batch.

If you want to print your own labels, we recommend the following equipment:

- Connection via cable and wireless
- High print quality and speed
- Optimised for printing 50x25 mm labels
Labels 50x25 mm
- Size: 50x25 mm
- Material: polypropylene white glossy
- Content: qr code, asset name and inventory number
Thermal transfer resin
Necessary for quality printing on polypropylene labels.
