Do you ever forget to check the coffee machine in the office? We've solved that in Asset Manager by reminding you of the revisions you can set up on the asset, and then you'll get an email notification and an in-app notification that the next asset check is coming up.
Why do property audits need to be carried out at all?
Occasionally something breaks and the property needs to be repaired. Often you may be waiting for the property to be repaired and then find that no one has started to fix it. In the Asset Manager app you have an overview of the repair requests, at the same time if someone requests a repair all the administrators of the room where the asset is located will be notified by email and in the app.
Let's explain with an example: in your organization, you have divided offices for each employee. Mrs. Hana, found that her kettle stopped working, so she scanned the QR code that is on the label on the kettle. She then asked for a fix in her asset card. Notification of the new request came to all property managers assigned to her office. In this case, to Ms. Jana, who works in the accounting office as the Property Manager, and to Mr. Andrew, who works as the Building Manager and handles repairs and inspections of the property. Mr. Andrew then picked up the broken kettle from Ms. Hannah and sent it to her for warranty repairs. After the kettle was returned, he clicked on the application that the property was repaired and took it back to Ms. Hana's office. The asset card for this kettle now shows a historical repair record. The repair process is now complete.
